FAQ/Terms and Conditions

(applies to all Afrocentials products, merchandise and services)

1. Can I cancel my order and get my money back?

-Yes, as long as your order has not been processed or shipped out, you can cancel and be refunded. However, each case will be judged at our discretion.

 

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

-We do not accept returns on items that have been shipped out, due to the sterile nature of each product there is no way to insure the product hasn't been contaminated therefore we wouldn't be able to restock the product.

-We may grant exchanges at our discretion. We will judge accordingly, case by case. However, should we agree to an exchange, you will have to cover shipping cost both ways.

 

3. My products were delivered broken/damaged, what do I do?

-Please contact us IMMEDIATELY with pictures (as proof) via Email: afrocentials@gmail.com or Text: 404.994.9400. If everything checks out we will resend your order free of charge.

 

4. My package never arrived!?

-Although we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages after shipping; please contact us IMMEDIATELY and we will try to resolve this issue. Should we decide to resend your order, you will be responsible for shipping costs to have it resent.

 

5. Why is shipping so expensive and why do I need to sign for my package?

-The cost of shipping is set at a rate to ensure that you receive your package sooner than later in an effort (but not guaranteed) to prevent lost packages.

-We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages!! Unfortunately we live in a world where people are not honest and take things that do not belong to them. It is an unfair situation for us and our customers. Therefore, all orders require a signature in hopes to cut down on missing packages.

The best way to get results is to be committed and serious about doing the work. I am serious and extending my time and knowledge toward helping you achieve the goals (realistic goals) that you want for yourself!

 

*When you pay for either chat, you must be on time for your session so not to throw the rest of the day's schedule off. There will be a late fee of $25 that must be paid before the session starts if you are 6-10 minutes late.

 

*Anything after 10 minutes late will have to be rescheduled and will require a $25 late fee that must be paid before you can reschedule. Your initial payment will go toward rescheduling as long as it is done within 30 days. This credit will only go towards rescheduling this one time. If for some reason you can’t make it to your session for a second time then you forfeit your payment and will have to start over with a new payment when you are ready to schedule again.

 

*No shows are non refundable and payment will not go toward booking a new session. You will be required to reschedule and submit new payment in full.

 

*No Chat/Weekly Routines are not refundable once your weekly care routine is done and has been sent. this is non-negotiable.

 

*Payments for sessions will not be refunded once services are given. You have up to 12 hrs before your session to be refunded or reschedule and have your payment be applied to new schedule and not incur fees or the loss of entire payment.

 

*These terms are subject to change at my discretion and according to the situation on a case by case bases.
